I’ve facilitated numerous group trainings—both in person and virtual—and I’ve spoken at several conferences and other events. At times, I’ve served only as the facilitator. At other times, I’ve taken on a hybrid role as both the instructional designer and facilitator.

Another skill I sometimes use is graphic facilitation. It’s basically a training super-power. Nothing captivates a group like watching a trainer draw concepts in real time. Not to mention, whenever participants contribute their own ideas, then see me draw those ideas, their participation always skyrockets.
